REQUIREMENTS
Must have a supported device and High Speed Internet. A speed of 20 mbps on the Device you are using is recommended. A device with available memory and sufficient hardware is required. Any device older than 5 years old is not recommended.
AFTER YOUR PURCHASE
You will recieve a confirmation email. You will recieve a seperate email within 12 hours of your purchase with your login credentials (check inbox and spam folders).
Renewals after expiration will be completed within 24 hours.

REFUNDS
If you experience issues due to slow connections or faulty device, you will NOT be refunded. In order to qualify for a refund you must first follow our support for troubleshooting. We will only refund if we determine our service is at fault.
SUPPORT
We offer support for the duration of your membership. You can join our Facebook support group, call the tollfree number, or email support for an immediate response. If you do not adhere to IP restrictions and you are blocked, you will have to purchase a new account.
CONTENT
We reserve the right to control content. We may add or remove channels at any time. In order to keep the service running at its best you may experience intermittent down time for maintinence and upgrades.
